About our Makers
FieldDay Candles: From a converted mushroom factory in Ireland’s rural County Down, FieldDay’s founder Alix and her team are inspired to capture and bottle the scents of our Irish countryside, combining fragrances and candle-making with an appreciation of Ireland’s natural environment.
Bodhi Blends are a range of beautiful botanical skincare and aromatherapy products handmade in Dublin by Aisling Walsh. Aisling is a big believer in the healing powers of nature and these gorgeous unisex and inclusive products are designed to support and nourish inside and out.
PS Coffee Roasters are a team of two brothers Peter and Simon with a passion for coffee, people and the environment. They only source ethically produced specialty grade coffee that they carefully select and roast. PS Coffee is roasted right here in our home town of Kilcullen. Their 100% compostable and biodegradable coffee bag is a first for Ireland.
Palm Free Irish Soaps - The Hoyne family have been hand making soaps in Killaloe, Co. Clare since 1996. Their philosophy is to use the finest food grade oils, natural plant-based colour and 100% pure essential oils. All their soaps are free from palm oil and palm oil derivatives and are vegan friendly and cruelty free.
Janni Bar's founder Janni Sjostrand, originally from Sweden, handmakes all her soaps from her home in Kildare. Inspired to reduce plastic waste Janni started making her own bars with minimal and plastic-free packing and using all natural ingredients. Janni is a big believer that natural doesn’t have to mean boring and we love how she brings nature's beauty to life in all of her soaps using natural colours, flowers, scents and clays.
Faerly seed bombs are hand rolled in County Meath from chemical free soil and loaded with 28 native Irish wildflowers. These Seed Bombs can be planted all year round and are one of the easiest, most effective ways to restore native wildflowers in our green spaces and support our bees, butterflies, birds, moths and other pollinators.
Paddy OC Woodturning - This soap dish is designed and made by Paddy O’C just outside of Cahir in Co. Tipperary. Since he was a child Paddy has had a fascination with timber and going to the forest. “This stemmed from hanging out with my father & Grandfather at the age of 10/11 every September or October going for firewood. Nowadays, rather than having beautiful trees be cut up for firewood, I prefer to repurpose them as functional artistic pieces in peoples homes.” Paddy has been woodcrafting since 1998 when he began his apprenticeship with a master craftsman in Bansha. Paddy only works with sustainably sourced timber including salvaged wood.
