Leave the rounded top with the cork visible above the soil line.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRemove the cork and fill the olla with water.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePop the cork back in to slow evaporation.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRefill when empty.
