Our latex gloves are compostable! Perfect for washing dishes, household cleaning jobs, or just protecting your hands from cleaning products. Textured for extra grip on fingertips and palms.
Our compostable sponges are pretty remarkable. Each sponge can absorb and retain up to 10X its own weight in water. They're hygienic, durable, biodegradable, and made from 100% cellulose which is a natural wood fibre.
Our sponge scourers are great for tacking tough cleaning jobs. They are durable and will last for months with no bad odours. They also require less soap than a traditional sponge scourer and produce more suds for easier cleaning!
The EcoVibe Dish Brush is made from beechwood on the handle stainless steel clip for the head and Sisal fibre bristles. It's 100% biodegradable and plastic-free so won't release harmful micro plastics into the environment.
WHY SWAP?
Regular sponges are typically made from plastic - This means they cannot be recycled, and they release tiny microplastic into our water streams whilst we're cleaning dishes. We typically use sponges for a few days before throwing them away, where they'll end up in landfill.
All of the products in our Squeaky Clean kit are either compostable or biodegradable. They won't release harmful microplastics into our water streams, and won't contribute to plastic pollution!
DIRECTIONS FOR USE AND CARE:
- To help keep your cellulose sponge and scourers free of nasty bacteria, keep it as dry as possible between uses.
- You can sterilize them by soaking for a few minutes in boiled water.
