A creamy, gentle bar scented with lavender and patchouli, made to the Hoynes family's original recipe from 1996. Mild enough for the whole family, it leaves skin soft with a subtle, calming scent.
- Lavender and patchouli essential oils for a soft, relaxing scent
- Shea butter for a rich, creamy lather that won't leave skin tight
- Mild enough for bath time with younger family members
- No palm oil, SLS, parabens or synthetic fragrance
- Handmade in Tuamgraney, Co. Clare, and wrapped plastic-free
This is the bar where it all started. It's cold-process soap, made in small batches and left to cure slowly, then cut and stamped by hand. A slow cure makes a harder bar, so it lasts well in the soap dish.
Made in Tuamgraney, Co. Clare, Ireland. Minimum weight 90g.
How to use
Work up a lather between wet hands or on a cloth, use on face and body, then rinse well. Keep away from eyes, and patch test before first use. Between uses, leave it to drain on a soap dish or soap rest so it stays firm and lasts longer.

Why We Love This Brand
Palm Free Irish Soap is a family business in Tuamgraney, Co. Clare, near the Shannon. Tony and Kathy Hoynes run it with their daughters Jade and Sorcha. Kathy made her first soaps back in 1996, and the family still make every bar by hand in small batches. As the name says, nothing they make contains palm oil or its derivatives, and it all comes wrapped in paper or card, never plastic. Their TLC shampoo bar won gold at the European Free From Skincare Awards, and they're a Guaranteed Irish member.
