Shipping Costs
Ireland & Northern Ireland
We deliver to anywhere on the island of Ireland using tracked delivery service with DPD for a flat rate of €5.95 and delivery is FREE on all orders over €75.
* Digital Gift cards do not count toward free shipping thresholds.
Shipping Times
We dispatch orders every weekday for next working day delivery with DPD. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery, especially during peak times. If your order is urgent please contact us and let us know, we'll always do our best when a rush is needed!
Orders placed before 12pm will generally be delivered the next working day (this includes Saturdays only if DPD deliver on Saturdays in your area).
These shipping times are guidelines and are not 100% guaranteed in case of any delays outside our control.
Free Local Delivery or Collection
We offer free local delivery on orders over €20 in Kilcullen and neighbouring areas - Naas, Newbridge, Kildare Town etc. If you are in an area we can deliver to, select the free local delivery option during checkout. We make local deliveries a few times a week and if your order is urgent please let us know.

USA Shipping Update
Due to recent changes in U.S. customs rules, we’ve paused all shipping to the USA for now. We’re keeping a close eye on the situation and hope to resume U.S. shipping as soon as possible.

All merchandise may be subject to duty or other taxes on importation into your own country of residence. Faerly are not responsible for any importation charges or government fees that may be applied.
Each product sold on our website has an estimated delivery time. We endeavour to deliver to the times specified, however on rare occasions delays may occur which are outside of our control.
We may occasionally be unable to complete international orders due to various shipping limitations including transport restrictions, our ability to provide adequate after-sales support in your region, evolving tariff conditions, or unexpected shipping cost increases. If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you immediately to arrange a refund or explore alternative solutions.
Shipping Details
Please check your address and contact details carefully. If an order is returned to us because of errors or missing information we will need to charge for redelivery or refund the order minus the shipping costs.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery information provided at checkout is complete and accurate. This includes the recipient’s name, address, Eircode, and any specific delivery instructions. Faerly cannot accept responsibility for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong location due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Order Processing Times
We process orders within 1-2 working days. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. We will email you a confirmation when your order has been shipped.
If you need to make any changes to your order please contact us at hello@faerly.ie as soon as you can. We're not able to make any changes to your order once it has been shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
We partner with DPD Ireland for all of our Irish deliveries. When your order is dispatched we will send you an order confirmation with your tracking number. If you haven't received your order within 5 working days please contact us at hello@faerly.ie with your order number and we'll get on the case straight away.
Returns & Exchanges
If you change you mind about any item you can return it within 14 days after delivery for a full refund, excluding any shipping costs. Please contact us first for a returns authorisation. The shipping cost of returning the items will be at your expense.
In the event that your order arrived damaged in any way or you're not happy with your order for any reason please contact us. We address these on a case by case basis and we'll ask you to send us some photos to show any damage or other issues. We will do our best to resolve the situation and if the issue is our fault any returns will be at our expense.
