Shipping policy
Ireland & Northern Ireland
We deliver anywhere on the island of Ireland with DPD's tracked service for a flat rate of €5.95. Delivery is FREE on all orders over €75.
Digital gift cards don't count towards the free delivery threshold.
When will my order arrive?
We pack and dispatch orders every weekday. Order before 1pm, Monday to Friday, and we aim to send it out the same day, for delivery the next working day. DPD deliver 98% of their orders on the next working day. Please allow 1 to 3 working days, especially at busy times like Christmas.
If your order is urgent, please contact us and let us know. We'll always do our best when a rush is needed!
Free local delivery or collection
We offer free local delivery on orders over €25 in Kilcullen and neighbouring areas, including Naas, Newbridge and Kildare Town. If we can deliver to you, you'll see the free local delivery option at checkout. We make local deliveries a few times a week, so if your order is urgent please let us know.
Great Britain
We deliver to mainland England, Scotland and Wales with DPD's tracked road service for a flat rate of €14.95. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.
UK islands: we're unable to deliver to UK islands, including the Scottish islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man.
Import taxes: Faerly isn't responsible for any import taxes or duties that may be charged on delivery.
European Union
We deliver to the EU countries below with DPD's tracked road service. Prices include VAT, and there are no customs charges for deliveries within the EU.

International orders
All merchandise may be subject to duty or other taxes on importation into your own country of residence. Faerly are not responsible for any importation charges or government fees that may be applied.
We may occasionally be unable to complete international orders due to various shipping limitations including transport restrictions, our ability to provide adequate after-sales support in your region, evolving tariff conditions, or unexpected shipping cost increases. If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you immediately to arrange a refund or explore alternative solutions.
United States
We're sorry to say that deliveries to the US are currently suspended, due to the ever changing tariff situation. We really miss our US customers and hope to be back serving you soon.
Corporate gifting: we can still deliver corporate gifting orders to the US, with customs and tariffs prepaid, so your recipients have nothing extra to pay on arrival. Get in touch about corporate gifting and we'll be happy to help.
Canada
We deliver to Canada with DHL Express for €55, on orders up to 4kg. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.
Other countries
We currently deliver to Ireland, Northern Ireland, mainland Great Britain, Canada and the EU countries listed above. For anywhere else, please email us at hello@faerly.ie and we'll see what we can do. Deliveries outside the EU and UK may be charged customs duties and taxes on arrival, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Items we can only deliver in Ireland
CO2 gas cylinders can only be delivered to addresses in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Tracking your order
When your order is on its way, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. If your order hasn't arrived within 2 working days in Ireland and Northern Ireland, 5 working days in Great Britain or 8 working days in the EU, please contact us at hello@faerly.ie with your order number and we'll get on the case straight away.
Delivery times are a guide rather than a guarantee. Very occasionally, delays happen that are outside our control.
Checking your details
Please check your address and contact details carefully at checkout, including the recipient's name, full address, Eircode or postcode, and any delivery instructions.
Please include a local phone number for the delivery address. DPD can't contact international numbers, so a local number helps your parcel arrive first time.
If an order comes back to us because of incorrect or missing details, we'll need to charge for redelivery, or refund the order minus the shipping costs.
Changes to your order
If you need to change your order, please contact us at hello@faerly.ie as soon as you can. We're not able to make changes once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
Changed your mind? As well as your 14-day statutory right to cancel, we offer an extended 90-day change of mind returns period, so you have plenty of time to decide. See our Refunds & Exchanges policy for full details.
In the event that your order arrived damaged in any way or you're not happy with your order for any reason please contact us. We address these on a case by case basis and we'll ask you to send us some photos to show any damage or other issues. We will do our best to resolve the situation and if the issue is our fault any returns will be at our expense.
