Buíoch’s chocolate is made from traceable and sustainably-sourced cocoa beans grown by farmer communities in Ghana, Ivory Coast and Ecuador. The Ruby Raspberry bar is crafted with a special type of chocolate called ruby chocolate, which is made from fermented cocoa beans, giving it a rich ruby glow and a naturally fruity taste.

Each bar comes wrapped in recyclable paper and cardboard sleeve.

Buíoch, meaning “thankful” in Irish, was founded by Daryl Johnson to help people express gratitude when they couldn’t be together during the Covid pandemic. Today, Buíoch is one of Ireland's leading artisan chocolate producers, based in Co. Kildare. Each product contains decadent Belgian chocolate paired with one or two high quality ingredients for a delicious treat.
