How to Use
Pop the refill into your empty FieldDay stoneware pot (sold seperately). Trim the wick before lighting and burn 2–4 hours at a time on a heatproof surface.
About the Maker
From a converted mushroom factory in rural County Down, FieldDay’s founder Alix and her team are inspired to capture and bottle the scents of the Irish countryside. Alix is committed to conservation and restoration, with a desire to leave things better than we find them. These are fragrance ingredients commonly used in candles and perfumes. 2-Methyl-3-phenylacrylaldehyde and 3-phenylacrylaldehyde are aromatic aldehydes that give a warm, spicy, cinnamon-like note. 4-Allyl-2-methoxyphenol is eugenol from clove and adds rich, spicy warmth. 3,7-Dimethylocta-1,6-dien-3-ol is linalool, a soft floral note found in lavender and many flowers. 1,3,3-trimethyl-2-oxabicyclo[2.2.2]octane is eucalyptol from eucalyptus leaves with a fresh, cooling aroma. 2H-Chromen-2-one is coumarin, which smells like sweet hay or tonka bean. 2-Methoxy-4-prop-1-en-1-ylphenol is isoeugenol, a clove-like spice note that adds depth.
