Unbleached, non-stick parchment paper for baking, roasting and wrapping food, and when you're done with it, it can go in your home compost.

Line a tray for roast vegetables, wrap fish for the oven, or separate portions before freezing so they don't stick together.

Cut a circle to fit the bottom of a cake tin, line a baking tray for biscuits, or scrunch up a sheet and smooth it into a loaf tin so it sits snugly in the corners. Because it's non-stick, there's no need to grease the tray, and cleaning up afterwards is far quicker.

It's suitable for vegans and vegetarians, and once it's done its job it breaks down in the compost rather than sitting in landfill.

The roll comes in a cardboard dispenser box with a built-in cutting edge, and the box can go in your paper recycling. Made in China.

How to use

Pull out the length you need and tear it against the cutting edge. Suitable for the oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. Once used, put it in your home compost. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
