- 24 large pieces, 61 x 46cm when finished
- Woodland animals and plants to find and name
- Builds fine motor and problem-solving skills
- Box with a cotton carry handle for easy tidying
- Suitable from 3 years
Floor puzzles give small children room to spread out, and 24 big pieces is a good step up from first puzzles without being frustrating. The woodland picture gets conversations going about nature and the animals and plants that live in it.
Once the picture is done, there's plenty more to do with it. Ask them to count the animals, spot the smallest creature in the picture or name all the colours they can see. It's a nice one to build together on a rainy afternoon, and older brothers and sisters tend to join in too.
The pieces are cut from sturdy card about 3mm thick, so they're easy for small hands to pick up and slot together. The box comes with a cotton string carry handle, which makes it easy to tidy away or bring along to a grandparent's house.
How to use
Tip out the pieces on the floor or a large table, find the edges first and build in from there. Pop everything back in the box when you're done. Keep the pieces dry, as card can warp if it gets wet.
Safety
Warning: choking hazard, small parts. Not for children under 3 years.

Card. Cotton string handle.

Why We Love This Brand
Rex London started in 1981 as a market stall on Portobello Road, where founders Rob and Eri sold things they had found on their travels in Asia. Today their own illustrators and buyers design everything in house, and colour runs through all of it. We like them for gifts that make everyday things a bit less ordinary.
