The Folk Collection is FieldDay's tribute to our tribal ancestors, who wandered in the wild, laid down roots and patiently waited out blustery storms. Every fragrance in it is drawn from the Irish countryside, and Peat is one of the six, now available as a fragrance tag for the first time.
The cotton fibres worked into the pulp let the scent out slowly rather than all at once. When the tag is spent it goes into your usual household recycling. FieldDay support Ulster Wildlife, working to protect Irish wildlife and habitats under threat.
How to Use
Hang the tag freely from a rear-view mirror, a coat hook, a wardrobe rail or a drawer handle. Keep it away from polished, plastic and synthetic surfaces, as the fragrance can mark them, and keep it away from children and pets. The scent is strongest when it is first unwrapped and softens over the following weeks.
Ingredients
Contains: (Linalyl Acetate, Tetramethyl Acetyloctahydronaphthalenes) Cinnamyl Alcohol, Citronellol, Ethyl Linalool.
What These Are
Linalyl acetate is the bergamot and lavender note, cinnamyl alcohol is sweet and balsamic, citronellol is rose, and ethyl linalool is a fresh floral lift. The tetramethyl acetyloctahydronaphthalenes are the woody amber base that reads as oudh.
