Here at Faerly, we believe in the power of trees to restore and regenerate our planet. That's why we plant a tree for every order we receive. 🌱

We're proud to work with two amazing charities to make this happen. Home Tree is doing incredible work to restore Ireland's native woodlands and address the climate crisis by planting thousands of pioneer trees.

And Trees for the Future is helping farming families in sub-Saharan Africa to lift themselves out of poverty and regenerate their land by planting amazing productive ‘forest gardens’ that as well as restoring tree cover and regenerating soil, also create a thriving source of food, animal fodder and fuel for each family.

Every time you shop with Faerly, you're not only supporting sustainable, ethical brands, but also contributing to a brighter future for our planet. So thank you! 💚 🌳

With her profound background as a British-Australian psychoanalyst, Grose offers a beacon of understanding and practicality amidst the often overwhelming waves of eco-anxiety. This 96-page paperback, illustrated with the soul-soothing artwork of Lauriane Bohémier, is not just a book—it’s a journey towards personal empowerment and resilience.

Recognising the complex emotions stirred by global environmental issues, Grose articulates a pathway to validate and channel these feelings into positive change. Her 10 accessible steps, bolstered by an actionable toolkit, aim to transform anxiety into informed and impactful action. Whether it's sadness, fear, a sense of powerlessness, or guilt, readers will learn how to confront these emotions head-on and emerge with a fortified sense of purpose and agency.

The heart of Grose's guide is not just about coping; it's about thriving—building resilience through community, understanding one's role in the ecosystem, and taking practical steps that contribute to the planet's wellbeing as much as one's own. The book ends with readers feeling equipped, not only with knowledge but with the conviction and strategies needed to effect tangible environmental progress.
