A shower steamer is a bath bomb for people who don't have time for a bath. It hangs in the corner of the shower, fizzes as the water reaches it, and the warm steam carries the essential oils.

I am...Relaxed is the evening one: lavender and ylang ylang, grounded with vetiver and rosewood. Breathe is eucalyptus and peppermint, bright and fresh for a morning shower.

They're a small, useful gift for someone who never gets time for a bath, and the mesh bag can be used again with each new steamer.

How to use

Place a steamer in the mesh bag, sprinkle with water until it starts to fizz, and hang it in the shower away from the direct stream of water.

Keeping it out of the direct flow stops it dissolving in one go, which is how one steamer lasts for two showers. Store unused steamers somewhere dry, away from the steam of the bathroom, until you need them.

I am...Relaxed: Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Cornstarch, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Essential Oil, Aniba Rosaeodora (Rosewood) Essential Oil, Vetiveria Zizanioides (Vetiver) Essential Oil, Cananga Odorata (Ylang Ylang) Essential Oil, Lavender Buds.

Breathe: Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Cornstarch, Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus Globulus) Essential Oil, Peppermint (Mentha Piperita) Essential Oil.
