Lather up with the shower gel and rinse, then follow with the lotion. It's a light, milky lotion that soaks in quickly and leaves skin soft rather than greasy.

The bottles in this set are made to a different recipe from the standalone 250ml shower gel and body lotion, so check the ingredients below if you're used to those.

The scent opens warm and spicy with coriander seed, lifts with geranium and settles into earthy vetiver. It's calm rather than sweet, so it suits a slow evening shower as much as a quick one in the morning, and it makes an easy gift for anyone who isn't keen on florals.

Shower gel: on wet skin, lather one or two pumps and rinse.
Body lotion: apply to warm, freshly washed skin, working upwards from your feet.

About the Maker

The Handmade Soap Company is run by husband and wife Donagh and Gemma Quigley from a restored mill in Slane, Co. Meath. They started in 2010 with two pots and a soap mould, and they still make and fill everything themselves. They're a certified B Corp, and Lemongrass & Cedarwood is the scent most people know them for.
