Compatible ONLY with the following Sodastream* models - Terra, E-Terra, Duo, Art, Enso & Aqua Fizz Models.

  • We recommend that if you like your water very fizzy then one cylinder will probably make around 40L, and for a lighter level of carbonation make around 60L.

Precision-filled, properly checked Each cylinder gets a full 425g of food-grade E290 CO2. Every single unit is automatically tested before it leaves the factory, any cylinder showing even minor valve leakage is rejected. You get a full, consistent charge every time.

How far a cylinder goes depends on two things: how fizzy you like your water and how cold the water is when you carbonate it. Cold water absorbs CO2 more efficiently, so chilling your water before you fizz it stretches each cylinder further. If you prefer a gentle sparkle, expect closer to 60 litres. If you want the full fizzy experience, budget for around 40 litres.  Tip: carbonating cold water makes your cylinder last longer.

The cylinder is designed to be refilled multiple times, which is one of its strongest points from a sustainability perspective. Instead of buying new cylinders each time, you send this one back for a refill. That keeps materials in circulation and cuts down on the resources needed to produce new ones. Paired with the fact that you are making your own sparkling water at home, you are also cutting out a significant amount of single-use plastic bottles from your routine.


Where is our CO2 gas produced?

The brands of CO2 gas we sell are not made by Sodastream and do not have any facilities in the Occupied Territories. Aarke is a Swedish company and their gas is made in Germany from renewable biomass. Gas-Up and Happy Frizz are Italian companies and their CO2 is sourced and bottled in Italy. 

Made by a small Italian producer HappyFrizz was founded in 2007 by Andrea Pellegrini and Elisa Buffa, and is still made today in their Trentino factory in the Italian Alps. Not a global commodity brand, a small European company that's spent nearly two decades refining one thing.
