A long coconut fibre brush for getting right to the bottom of water bottles, flasks and jars. The rounded tip reaches into the corners, and the fibres are soft enough not to scratch.

- Won't scratch glass or steel
- Made in Sri Lanka by an SA8000-certified, socially responsible company
Reusable bottles only stay nice if you can clean them properly, and a sponge won't reach. Coconut fibre is flexible and hard-wearing, so this brush lasts well, and it's a natural material rather than nylon.
The bristle head is about 10.5cm long, so it covers most of the inside of a standard water bottle in a few turns, and the long wire stem gets it down to the base of tall flasks. It's just as handy for jam jars, vases, baby bottles and carafes, anywhere a cloth won't fit.
Using a brush rather than a soak means you actually shift the film that builds up on the inside of bottles, which is usually where any stale smell comes from.
Made in Sri Lanka from coconut fibre on a metal wire stem.
How to use
Wet the brush, add a little washing-up liquid and work it around the inside of the bottle, twisting as you go so the bristles reach the shoulders and the base. Rinse the brush and leave it to dry somewhere airy, standing up or hung by the handle. Give it a shake to clear any loose fibres the first time you use it.
Materials
Coconut fibre on a metal wire stem.
