How to use

Lie back and rest the pillow across your eyes and forehead. For a cooling effect, chill it in the fridge for a while before use. The cover can be removed and washed by hand; keep the inner bag dry. Care and safety guidance is printed on the packaging. Not suitable for small children or during pregnancy.
