Imse’s Reusable Sanitary Pads are a soft, flexible and eco-friendly alternative to disposable pads. Made from organic cotton with a waterproof backing, they’re designed for comfort, protection and peace of mind during medium flow days.

Made from 100% organic cotton jersey with absorbent cotton core
Waterproof layer of polyester (PUL) to prevent leaks
Size: 25 x 7 cm
Absorbency: approx. 15 ml (equivalent to 2 tampons/pads)
Suitable for medium menstruation in the middle of the cycle
Machine washable at 60 °C
Free from biocides, nanosilver and antibacterial treatments

The slim design makes these pads easy to wear while still offering reliable protection. They fasten securely around underwear, with the stitched cotton side worn against the skin for comfort.

Reusable pads are a simple way to cut down on single-use plastics and waste. Each pad can be washed and reused multiple times, making them both sustainable and cost-effective.

How to Use
Place the pad in your underwear with the stitched cotton side against the skin. Fasten using the wings. After use, store in a waterproof storage bag until you can wash.

Care Instructions
Wash at 60 °C, Do not use fabric softener (reduces absorbency), Air dry where possible to prolong lifespan
