Wheat bags have been used in alternative therapy for many years. Wheat has a unique cellular structure which can absorb heat or cold quickly and then release it evenly. Can help conditions such as arthritis, menstrual pains, aching joints etc.

Lavender is well renowned for helping to relieve tension and pain so you can imagine how relaxing these are combined. An excellent and safe alternative to hot water bottles. But not only that, it has a stunning design and comes in a lovely, unique gift box.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

This white bag is entirely natural and easy to use. It is intended to be used as a gentle warming or cooling product.

HEATING: Heat inner bag only, on a clean surface according to the times listed below. Keep hydrated by placing a heat proof container of water alongside the bag. Alternatively sprinkle with water before heating, retains heat for up to 40 minutes. Leave bag to cool down before reheating.

  • Microwave: 30 to 60 seconds at 600W,
  • Oven: 5 to 10 minutes at 125 °C, do not overheat.

COOLING: To chill simply store in your freezer or ice box for a minimum of 1 hour, for long term storage, keep product in freezer to maintain ultimate freshness.

WASHING: All covers are detachable and can be washed by hand. Use a mild detergent, avoid tumble drying. Do not wash the inner bag with wheat grain inside.
