Most toilet brushes end up in landfills or the oceans. This brush is fully biodegradable and made from vegan and sustainable materials. A toilet brush with plastic bristles can also shed hairs that can end up in the ocean, the bristles on this brush are plant-based and 100% biodegradable.

Tampico bristles come from the Agave plant, native to Mexico. They're a natural fibre that's both durable and water-resistant. Unlike synthetic bristles, Tampico is biodegradable, so it's a win for the environment. These bristles are ideal for cleaning brushes as they're stiff enough to scrub away dirt but gentle enough not to scratch surfaces. Plus, they've got this knack for holding and releasing liquids effectively, which can make your cleaning tasks a bit easier. All in all, Tampico bristles offer an eco-friendly yet effective way to get your scrubbing jobs done.

Coir/Tampico bristles bring together the sturdiness of coconut fibres and the resilience of Agave plant fibres. Coir, hailing from the husk of coconuts, is a tough material great for heavy-duty scrubbing. On the other hand, Tampico, sourced from the Agave cactus, has a softer texture and is good at holding liquids. When you blend these two, you get a bristle type that's not just versatile but also biodegradable and eco-friendly.

The handle is made from FSC® beech wood. Please allow the brush to dry completely in between uses.
