Once you have the bottle, there is no need to buy another. Keep this refill under the sink and top up when the bottle runs low.

It's gentle enough to use at the sink and in the shower, so one bottle can do both jobs. The scent comes only from the essential oils in the ingredients list, with no added synthetic fragrance, so what you smell is lemongrass, sweet orange, geranium and bergamot.

How to use

To refill, remove the cap from your existing No.12 Wash bottle, pour in the refill and twist the cap back on.

Apply to damp hands or body, massage to a lather and rinse thoroughly.
