We’re looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our small team on a part time basis for our busy Christmas period, immediate start available.
Your main role will be packing orders for our lovely customers, working in Faerly HQ in Kilcullen, surrounded by the most wonderfully smelling products so you’ll go home everyday smelling amazing!
All training will be provided, though experience in a similar role is always a bonus.
Hours & Flexibility
Approx. 3 days per week or equivalent ideally three afternoons and one full day and there is some flexibility on this. Weekend availability is an advantage during our busiest period in November & December.
We’re not hung up on the nine to five, we’re flexible and can fit around the times that work best for you, your family and your wellbeing. Our working days are Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts at peak times.
We are looking for someone with the flexibility to work longer hours from time to time, such as when other team members are on holidays and during our busiest time of the year from November to December.
The main job responsibilities are
- Key part of our dispatch team fulfilling online orders
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Wrapping gifts and handwriting cheerful gift messages
- Using our online order processing and shipping platforms
- Assisting customers via email, phone, live chat and social media
- Checking in stock deliveries & storeroom management
- Replenishment of packaging materials
- Be willing to jump into other operational areas as needed

- Love supporting eco friendly products and artisan makers
- Comfortable using and learning online software systems
- Very attentive to detail and love wrapping gorgeous gifts
- Hardworking, with a fun and friendly attitude
- Unphased by curious chickens wandering by to check out your work!
The role involves standing for periods of time and handling boxes (mostly small but occasionally up to 22kg). We’re happy to discuss any reasonable accommodations to help you do your best work.
