How to Use
- Fill the main container with your prepared meal. Use the divider to separate components if desired.
- Place the lid on top and close securely until you hear a slight click.
- To heat in the oven: place the entire box (with lid off) in a preheated oven at up to 200°C for your desired time. Do not heat the lid.
- To meal prep and freeze: fill the box, seal, and place directly in the freezer. It will keep for up to 3 months.
- To defrost: remove from the freezer and allow to thaw in the fridge overnight, or heat directly from frozen in the oven.
- After use, wash the main container by hand with warm soapy water. The lid and divider can go in the dishwasher on the top rack.
