We deliver to anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland using tracked delivery service with DPD for a flat rate of €5.95 and delivery is FREE on all orders over €75. (ROI&NI)

UK delivery is €10 and for our international shipping rates & info on free local delivery and Click & Collect is here.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. If you order by 2pm we'll usually ship the same day for delivery the next day (ROI/NI). If your order is urgent let us know at hello@faerly.ie so we can prioritise it.

We will email you a confirmation when your order has been shipped with your tracking details.

If you change you mind about any item, you can return it, unused, within 90 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Care: Please keep in mind that because these natural wooden soap dishes are made of wood, they will need to be cleaned on a regular basis to avoid discoloration. Oiling your soap dish with a light oil like olive or sunflower oil on a regular basis helps restore its natural color, extend its life, and keep it healthy.

Make sure that your soap dish doesn’t sit in any water or it will start to absorb it.

As this is a natural product each dish will have a unique colour and wood grain.
