Eucalyptus is a great natural remedy for coughs and colds. Its antiseptic and refreshing qualities help clear your airways when inhaled. This oil is often used in spas to inspire deep breathing.

To use, simply add 4-5 drops to your diffuser. Place it in an open space such as your kitchen, bedroom, office desk, table, or counter. Select your preferred LED light option and immerse yourself in the natural scents as they gently fill your space. For a spa-like experience at home, leave a porous stone on the edge of your bathtub and fill it with Eucalyptus Oil.

Eucalyptus oil makes a great natural cleaner too with its antiseptic properties . Simply compone with Lemon and Peppermint oil in a reusable spray bottle and use it to wipe down surfaces in your home.

This oil blends well with thyme, rosemary, lavender, lemon, cedarwood, tea tree, peppermint, grapefruit, geranium and cypress.
