The tablets dissolve quickly and completely, so they clean well even on a short wash. The wrapper dissolves in the machine, so there's no fiddly film to peel and nothing to throw away.
The tablets have rinse aid built in, but we'd still recommend a separate one. Rinse aid does its job in the final rinse, lowering the water's surface tension so it runs off your dishes instead of drying in spots. By then, most of the rinse aid in a tablet has been washed away with the main wash, so a separate rinse aid in your machine's dispenser works far better, especially in hard water. If your machine has built-up detergent or grime, use an Eco Egg Detox Tablet once a month to keep it clean.
How to use
Dry your hands first. Scrape large food scraps off dishes and cutlery. Make sure the dispenser drawer is dry, then put one tablet in the main drawer, or in the bottom of the dishwasher for a short cycle, and close the door. Fill your machine's rinse aid dispenser with a separate rinse aid, especially in hard water areas. Run the machine as the manufacturer recommends. Store the box somewhere cool and dry.
