Peppermint Essential Oil blends well with Orange or Grapefruit Oil to invigorate your day, or with Lavender and Chamomile to calm the body and mind. Combine with Eucalyptus to clear the air or provide respiratory relief from cold and flu.

Peppermint is a cross between a number of wild mints and was discovered in the 17th century. The entire plant is put through a steam distillation process to extract the oil.

To use, simply add 5-7 drops to your diffuser. Place it in an open space such as your kitchen, bedroom, office desk, table, or counter. Select your preferred LED light option and gently inhale to eliminate feelings of grief, worry or heaviness.

Feel a cold coming on? Run a bath and add 5 drops of peppermint, 3 drops of eucalyptus, and 2 drops of oregano or rosemary. Close the doors and windows and let your sinuses and chest fill with these warmed scents then hustle yourself off to bed for a long sleep.
